据了解，印度钢铁部长Jyotirditya Scindia于2月28日告诉印度议会，由于生产成本高、钢铁产量低以及缺乏自有铁矿石，印度政府已经开始关闭印度钢铁管理局（Steel Authority of India Limited，SAIL）的全资子公司Visvesvaraya（VISP）钢铁厂。
