2016年2月13日，应欧盟无缝钢管产业保护委员会（The Defence Committee of the seamless steel tube sindustry of the European Union）的申请，欧盟对原产于中国的进口铁（除铸铁之外）或钢（除不锈钢之外）质外径超过406.4毫米的圆截面无缝管进行反倾销立案调查。涉案产品海关编码为73041990、73042990、73043998、73045999。

本案的倾销调查期为2015年1月1日～12月31日，损害调查期为2012年1月1日～2015年12月31日。
